Our Journey: From Commandos to Community Service
After over a decade in the British military (including deployments, instructing recruits, and even supporting NHS hospitals during the pandemic) founders Callam Alexander and Dale made the courageous decision to transition from military life to civilian purpose.
With families of their own and a deep desire to create a better future, they launched R W Removal Ltd, combining their leadership skills, work ethic, and respect for people into a new mission: making waste removal honest, easy, and reliable.
